I think the NYC version is fast becoming my favorite, too. There's more shipper potential there and, as everybody here knows, that's something I enjoy in shows. And the fact that there are *two* UST couples in NYC makes it theoretically possible that at least one couple might get married (or whatever) sometime in the next few seasons.
My guess is that Mac and Stella are in for one of those UST relationships that gets resolved either: 1.) Never or 2.) in the series finale. But the younger couple (are their names Danny and Aidan?) might be allowed to move a little faster than that.
