Crossing Jordan than XFiles. This female character reminds me more of Jordan than of Scully. I do like the fact that she talks fast--I'm afraid that's something I also do . It's nice to have to listen to somebody rather than just hearing what they are are saying.

I think she's an interesting character because she is dedicated. An 'all nighter' to put a skull together is an impressive feat. From all the pieces on the table I would say that it was one complicated jig-saw puzzle. I do jig-saw puzzles in the winter and I have yet to get one with pieces that small done that fast. Realism??--hey it's TV.

The other thing I like about her is her feisty personality. She doesn't care for the male chauvenistic type of characters and I'm glad she can put the guy she has to deal with in his place. Of course her social skills need a little polish but maybe we will see that over the course of the show.
