Copper stallion shakes his head, and stretches out his muzzle, nudging her gently.
"Swiftrose, you need not leave. Here is your family. Perhaps not by blood, but family none the less. I do not know of a single horse here who would begin to ask you to leave so that they may be safe. If you leave, you will not be safe. Perhaps you are not concerned of that, but these others are, and I am. You say you are concerned for our safety. What do you think it would do if you were to leave?"
Tossing his head in the twins' direction, he whickers sotly.
"Look over there. How do you think Freedom and Liberty would feel if you left? The adults may understand, but the foals are young yet, and would not. They would think you did not care, that you betrayed them. Stay here, Swiftrose, and we will help you, as family should."
Lowering his head, he lifts her own with his muzzle, and smiles, eyes full of kindness.
"Stay here, young one, for you would do more damage to this Valley if you left, than if you stayed."
