In reply to: Soul 's message, "*He watches his beloved mare, saddened by her reactions, yet confused. His mother had taught him that death of a loved one was not a reason to mourn their passing, but to celebrate their life. He looks at Halo, his eyes full of hurt and confusion.*" on 07:57:44 06/23/01 Sat

At Blue Gold's words, she furrows her brows, a bit surprised. She pricks one ear in the direction of Freedom Plateau, but gazes at Blue Gold for a moment more. "I suppose I ought to go fetch it then, shan't I?" She glances at Soul, and sees the look of hurt flash across his faint, no matter how subtle. It hurts her that she's hurt him, for she had always thought of herself as strong, comforting others when the longed to mourn others, and telling them the best tribute to those who'd passed was to live your life as happily as you could in their honor... She sighs, knowing she's allowed herself to do exactly as she'd recommended others not to. She blinks, trying not to show any emotion. She knows she will get over it, but the shock of someone so close to her dieing had hit her hard; she'd always heard of others passing away, but she had not known them well. >>>Halo14:08:15 06/23/01 Sat
