There is a pool of money designated for a staff. RW pretty much has the ability to spread the money out as he thinks is best. A DOBO's salary takes away from the salaries of the assistants. So it's a decision as to how to best allocate resources. I know that for the last year plus, Quinn Imiola has handled some of the traditional responsibilities of a DOBO, the rest by the assistants. I don't believe the structure will change this year.
