Would be a kick in the nuts to hire an assistant from Bungleventure but I don't hate the idea. He's proven to be a really good recruiter. Hopefully he played freshman basketball with a guy willing to pay half of his salary. Oh God you can't make this shit up.

Steve, is the guy behind their success via recruiting. The guy loves WNY. For him to come here there need to be a huge change in budget & culture.

There obviously needs to be some change in budget to get better but the culture thing would be up to him to improve. Let's not get carried away here. He's had success as a recruiter but he's never been a head coach. It wouldn't be like they were getting a top flight Power 5 guy.
