That is not what BG believes. What BG believes is school hopping for SS is not the way to go to college. BG believes that a four year run results in excellent education, life long friends and a wonderful memories. Hopping around, not so much.

Then you are very out of touch with today's kids. And no one was getting thousands of dollars to play college basketball when you were in school. Pretty sure you can still get an excellent education, friends and memories in multiple places. I'd hop to the highest bidder like a mad man if I was a player today.

Actually BG has quite a few nieces and nephews in the teens and twenties range and knows some of their friends also. "Very out of touch"? BG wouldn't say so. Neither is Mrs. BG. School hopping is still a recent game. We shall see, but it will take some time BG believes. By the way how many, especially mid major MBB players, do you know about who have hopped and received, at a mid major school, $$ worth the hop to him (or her). How many will feel the same way 5 years after the hoppers eligibility has ended? BG won't be surprised if those issues are already being studied by the applicable sciences. Stay tuned.

Many. Frank Mitchell will make nearly a half of a million dollars before he leaves Bonaventure. They are his fourth school and who knows, he may go to number 5 next year if the price is right. I hate that he's there but great business decisions on his part. There are kids getting NIL awards at the previously mentioned VCU of $380,000 a year. And most are "hoppers". That is life altering money for many who had nothing growing up regardless of what degree they may or may not get or job that they may or may not get.
