Subject: Bona job will be less money.

Woj, has been very clear that he wants more money for NIL. This will be a fine balance if the school can do this. Bona like all private universities in WNY are struggling with enrollment. Bona has always done some fuzzy math when it comes to how they can afford to be in the A10. They have one of the lowest budgets. The game unfortunately has changed not sure Woj & Beretta (AD) are steeped in reality. Time will tell.

Considering that Schmidt was grossly overpaid at $1.7 million per year, no wonder they want to pay less.
