Subject: Hearing Coach MacDonald is a candidate at Bonaventure...

Hearing from two reliable sources that Coach Mac is a potential candidate to replace Schmidt. I was always told that Mike MacDonald's weakness was recruiting. If Bona could get him the right assistants, obviously Woj helps, and enough NIL, maybe it works?

Don't think it will happen, but Woj and MacDonald are good buddies from their Bona days, also would not rule out some consideration given to Billy Baron and if Bobby Hurley is let go at Arizona State have to think he"s also in the mix.

They're going to hire a guy with zero coaching experience because his dad coached there 20 years ago? Can't see Hurley wanting to come to Olean.

I don’t see Billy. He seems to be more involved with recruiting & player representation. He is living a good life in Florida. It will be interesting to say the least. Personally, I hope that Bona drops like a rock.
