When we "offer" a prospect what comes next? How do we follow up? How many are we allowed to bring to Buffalo for a visit? Once upon a time Alums were allowed to be part of a visit. Why did the NCAA end that and why. Too many "100$ hand shakes"?

They obviously stay in contact, likely bring the kid in for a visit. No restrictions any longer for the kid or schools on the number of visits. I don't ever remember a time when alums/boosters could be any part of an official visits. That hasn't changed.

When they do visit does some one on the staff take them for a ride around Buffalo ? Do they meet President Stoute or any one on the Academic staff? Can parents come along to the visit? Where are they housed (dorm, hotel, um car?)?

Yes usually the assistant who recruited him. I know they meet with people on the academic side. Not sure about Stoute. Parents often times accompany the kid and he generally stays with a player or player if they are on campus. Sometimes it might just be a single day visit. Many variations.
