There are some who gift but the school has been super weak in this area. If you don't ask you don't get. Bona is always asking. We seem to just focus on campaigns. They would be better served if they had someone who is focusing on soliciting athletic contributions. Siena & Bona are both doing this. In both cases they're leveraging retired alumni & former athletes. We have nothing to lose at this point. Go Griffs!

Bonas has the advantage of having won a lot of games the last few years. Maher is responsible for running the Excellence Fund and Golden Guild collective has a person in charge too.

We have a great business school but we need to manage our annual giving like a business. Venmo, QR codes, lots of ways to collect money vs. once a year or on Giving Day.
