Date Posted: 08:51:26 08/26/03 Tue In reply to: Dennis S. Vogel 's message, "Re: self-carwash" on 22:56:59 08/04/03 Mon How do I deal with zoning boards? Is is better to lease or buy the property? Where do I find statistical data about population growth and competition in a certain area? If the carwash is over a half hour away from my home, then my gas costs would get high, so would it kill my profit if I had to hire someone to collect the coins or to perform maintenance? About how much time am I going to have to put into the day to day operation? Thanks, MTD [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
