Your feis was a disaster. Closing down stages in the middle of the day was your downfall, and waiting too long to shift competitions to open stages. You can't wait to start novices until the advanced beginners are all done, and then the manager on stage 1&2 again waited to start the PWs. That's why the age groups are staggered.

You have great families at your school who were confounded at the disorganization at the stages in the gym.
