i really had thought you'd deserted us, and i'm glad i was wrong!!
i'm even happier to hear you're behaving yourself with that whole diabetic thing!! i work in a doctors office and i'm constantly reading reports about the patients who misbehave. they usually end up with a really bad .... oh what do they call them... not side effects but that other word. well... you know what i mean. it always sounds so aweful that i want to shake some sense into them and smack'em upside the head!! >:{ consider this fair warning. cuz, i guarantee you!! i will find a way to shake you! virtually if necessary!!!

about the whole coming up with a rumor thing... if you read maria's first post it was mostly to get our GC to show up here. admittedly i thought up some pretty crazy things but it was (ok, only mostly) meant as a joke. i was trying to think of stuff that would push what we know are hot buttons for him so that we would be more likely to get a response. let's face it the darfur idea was completely wrong for me to think up. i apologize for thinking of it. and only the human sludge among us would believe he wanted an entire island or that he had a love child. far more people would belive he had a secret girlfriend or that he dyes his hair gray. if i ever get that far off my rocker again, will one of you please call me on it? i need a good head slap now and then. however if anyone has an idea that might actually work i'm listening. not coming up with anything, mind you. clearly i go a little nuts with that. just listening.

oh.. and the stuff i won in the auction came in the mail yesterday!! they were pretty decent pics and he had to have pulled the jacket for the dvd out because his signature ( assuming they didn't just stamp it. i'm not sure how to tell) is on the jacket itself, not the plastic covering it. i don't think it's stamped though, because the signatures all look just slightly different. <:D ok. this is where i get painfully dorky....

if anyone wants my OTHER copy of "good night, and good luck" let me know. i think i watched the special features part of it once but mostly i bought it because he made it....and he's in it....and i like black and white films....and he looks really good in a dress shirt and tie....and he's in it....did anyone else notice he looks good in glasses? did anyone else wonder if those were his real glasses ( i heard he wears contacts.) or just props?
yes. i really am this pathetic. no. it doesn't bother me. <;D
