Hello everybody! Boy, have I missed coming here. I know it hasn't been all that long, but for me, it felt like eons! I was not well this Christmas, so I spent most of it in bed, sleeping! ("That Angel. What a party animal, huh?")
But while I was sleeping, I had dreams of George lying under my Christmas tree, wearing nothing but a Santa Claus hat and a great big red bow. Now, what could that possibly mean? Is anyone here an expert on dream analysis or very high fevers that cause hallucinations?
Okay. All joking aside. Let me just begin by welcoming Lana to our forum. Lana, I'm glad you've joined us here from Russia. We've got quite a group here, don't we? Lorraine is from Chicago, Maria is in Italy, Jayde and Merlin are from the UK, I am from Canada and I believe we have another newcomer from Austria.
Lana, you were worried about your english. Don't worry, honey. Your english is great. I want to thank you and Lorraine from the bottom of my heart, for the kind compliments you gave to me. I am truly flattered by that. And don't believe Lorraine when she says that she's wordy. She's not at all wordy. I love her posts very much. I can never get enough of them. (By the way, Lorraine, as I was reading your post about you preparing Christmas Eve dinner for your mom and everyone, and about your childhood memories of playing in the snow, it brought tears to my eyes. Those were the days, weren't they?)
Lana, you mentioned that Christmas in Russia is celebrated after the new year. That is very interesting. I, too, did not know that. Also, you said that it hasn't snowed all that much there. Well, it hasn't snowed here as much as it has in the past either, and like you, I wish it had. It's been a little rainy and windy, but that's all, so far. Not very "Christmas-sy". Oh well.
Does anyone know where (and with whom) George spent this Christmas? I hear he spends most of these holidays with family and close friends. Has anyone received an invitation from Villa Oleandra regarding a New Years Eve party hosted by our beautiful man? (Don't hit me! I promise I'll stop obsessing about all of these invitations - when I finally get invited, that is!) LOL!
Maria, how are you? I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Speaking of everyone, where is Tara, lately? "Tara, come back. We miss you."
Before, I leave, I want to wish George and his family, and everyone here, Health, Wealth and Happiness in 2007!
Hugs and kisses to all!
Angel
