And if I wasn't before I am now truly convinced that we are soul sisters! Just the other day I was talking about asking a similar question.. and I got the idea from my one-year old kitten, Jack, because whenever I'm on the computer he is sitting right next to the monitor either looking at me (he loves his momma) or trying to "catch" the cursor on the screen. We call him "Sir, with the face" because when he was going through the "crazy" kitten phase where he'd run through the house like he was on fire and have to be in the next room right now for no reason and knock things over and get into everything, Ken and I would speak for Jack and say "but I've got the face" because the cuteness forgives all.. he is the sweetest little guy, literally giddy, and very affectionate and has filled our home with joy.

We have three cats total.. Chelsea is 9 and Nick is 8. Nick is Dad's boy - and I believe secretly in love with my husband...Nick just follows Ken everywhere yet won't give anyone else the time of day except to show you his teeth (he's been known to bite). And poor Chelsea just tries to make it through the day without one of the boys chasing her through the house.

I have pictures of my "kids" all over my desk at work too! These are such life enriching relationships... these little one's who teach us so much about love.

Thanks Noel,
Gini
