I don't have any pets (hubby won't let me) But I do see my mother-in-law's 3 cats on a daily basis...We live right next door to my mother-in-law.....The Kitties names are: Whiskers...he's beautiful..but he's got an attitude like you would not believe!..he's very mean!! He attacked my daughter when she was a toddler, for no apparent reason,I guess he just wanted to let us know who was the head of the household, so we re-named him "Scar" after the bad lion in the movie "The Lion King".....Then there's "Ditto" who looks a lot like Whiskers(Scar) so hence his name "Ditto".. The amazing thing about him is that when he was a kitten he was hit by a car one night and just a few moments later my sister-in-law was coming home from a date when she spotted something lying in the road ...so she stopped to see if it was still alive.....amazingly he was still alive, but his back leg was broke, so that night she took him to the emergency vet and he had to have a pin put in his leg....But I tell ya that cat is so friendly! I really think he is the way he is because he knew someone had saved his life that cold winter night! My sis-in-law should have named him "Lucky" because he really is lucky he survived! I have to commend my sister-in-law for what she did for that cat that night...not too many people in this world would have done what she did! Way to go Sis!...Then there's Monroe...my mother-in-law found him right in front of a speaker window at our local "Monroe Bank & Trust" I'm not sure but I think he was trying to make a "Kitty Deposit"....She thought it was so cute that he was standing up there ,on his hind legs as if to say "Service Please"that she just couldn't leave there without him...he was just a stray looking for someone to go home with(that was 12 years ago!)
