Good question!
I'm not sure but he seems to basically be saying thank you and goodnight to the audience in Japanese (maybe take care of yourself or something like that?) but thank you is in there for sure. I have a video of a live concert that Journey did in Japan and it ends with that song and Steve saying those words (since it's an English speaking group and was taped in Japan, the sub-titles are in Japanese). Maybe someone else on the board knows the exact translation.
