I completely agree with you Littlebit! I like to hear the newer singers being compared to Steve. Chances are he influenced them. I take it that Steve's legacy is still growing.

Now what bugs me is hearing other people sing his songs. I know I should chill out and enjoy it but somehow it just bugs!

I also have had a thing since high school (very long time believe me!) about turning off a song when Steve is still singing, to me it is disrespectful. I know, I know, I need serious psycological help. I saw some friends from high school last year and they were joking and giving me a hard time about how I used to do that. I just laughed along, I didn't dare tell them I still do it!!
