"Love Is Like A River, Forever Long", was the first
Steve Perry song to come to mind.
I am focusing on Steve Perry's song because the question is worded as such.
I do believe there is a distinction between Journey songs and Steve Perry songs especially in light of most recent circumstances.

I'm sure there are others but this song exemplifies that the loved ones lost will not be forgotten and that love is a never ending flow of feelings. Once touched by another in such a deep way we become greater and even if we are parted there is still that undeniable part that came into being and can never be extinguished. It flows through our veins
like the river through the valleys for all time.
