I would choose these 3 songs for Steve to sing at NYC.

01] Captured in the Moment
02] She's Mine
03] Forever Right or Wrong (Love's Like a River)

Personally I would have loved for him to do these two that are not Perry/Journey songs:

Reach Out and What's Going On?
