Hi Jewel,

You should be able to save it in your desktopscenes, I just tried it and it worked on mine. I have Win98 too.
You just have to get the picture back up as wallpaper, if you remember where you got it from, then when you have it as wallpaper, go to Desktopscenes and in the dropbox on top, it says current window settings, you need to click on "save as", then name your scene, like, Steve Perry, then click on save and it's in your dropbox. Then you might have to click on apply.
That photo of Steve looking toward the mic in the desert is my favorite picture of him, I printed myself a 8" by 10" on photopaper and framed it, it looks great.
