Subject: Why does Steve smile with mouth closed?

More picture's than not Steve smiles with his mouth closed. Why is that. Can anyone find picture's with his teeth showing. From looking at when he is singing they look good. What could be the reason. The only reason I wander is sometimes it makes him look goofy or like he is chewing snuff in his bottom lip. Anyone wanta help out on this one.

PS- I know when he was a starving musician he had Piariha (some kind of tooth and mouth disease) but, a dentist supposedly saved him from having to go the route of dentures. So, why not show those pearly whites.
