Well said, Noel and Charley!
I have been in a lead person position and I can totally relate to the fact that I was not always included in some of their group meetings. It comes with the territory. As a lead person, supervisor or frontman (Steve), we all seem to do the best for all of those concerned. Even if it means "Sticking our Noses" in places they don't belong! I stuck my neck out many times for my team and have no regrets for doing so.
