You know, I have said before that NO ONE wins here.
Because, Neal and Jon have forever tainted the Journey legacy, and Mr Augeri is disliked by people when he probably deserves a listen. ( I have read only nice things about him. but cant listen to arrival myself)
It is a sad ending...even though we could have told them that without our Steve they would have a lot of problems.
On another fake journey site, they are posting that the new release in october will include arrival to boost record sales. Didnt see that in the article on sonicnet that was posted here earlier.
Another question is why is the release happening now?
A contractural obligation to the band?
THe record company just wanting to make money cause they own the tapes and can rerelease them?
A strategy of Irving Azoff to captitalize on Journeys being back in the news again?
A way to get arrival into more peoples hands?
Will this do something to the sales of Journeys greatest hits which are currently #8 on the charts?
Hope someone reads this....would like to know what you think...
