I completely agree.
Always felt that reviewers were frustrated artists and take out that frustration on the movie, book, band, whatever they are reviewing.
They can be the greatest band alive, but once they start to sell albums, watch out, now they are commercial and have sold out. So, you can't be successful and good at the same time?! What kind of logic is that? You know, it really is an insult to the fans as much as to the band. In other words, the fans don't know any better. Right! Don't think so! Good music is good music, period.
