I read and interview article a while back and Steve said the song Anyway was his way of letting the other guys know how he felt and that he was sorry. It is a beautiful song. I think that Steve said it very well in the song. I guess the other guys just don't see it as that. Steve is a great person who lived his life the way HE wanted and not the way everyone else wanted. Life can at times throw curves that you don't expect or really want in life. Steve has always done the right thing in my eyes. There comes a time in life when you just have to do what is best for you and your health and to hell with everyone else and that is what Steve did. I commend Steve for all his strength and inner beauty that he has. It takes a strong person to get off a carousel while it is still spinning and take back your life and try to lead a normal and happy life. I think that is what Steve has done. We all need to respect that Steve needs time for himself and all of lifes pleasures. I am sure when the time is right for Steve and only then will he put out new music and start touring again. I for one will wait for that time and if it never comes I have all his music to keep my heart and soul warm with memories that will never in time. Steve, this is said the with love and warm wishes only for you. Perry On!!
