I am only 19 and also over weight! I have recently decided to make a life changing decision to better my health. After my first "relationship" ended and he used all of the FAT comments to bring me down I decided I would not let those words bring me down anymore! They are my fuel!!!!! I had contemplated being anoerxic. A quick easy fix....right?! No, I would end up hurting myself more than helping. I'm still not doing this the most healthy way....I am taking a diet pill called Lipo 6. I can say its better than having an eating disorder and i'm seeing results quick with me just walking a mile a day and not eating a lot of sugars and fat. Cut soda out of your diet and i bet you also lose some! please dont be anoerexic. Doing that only shows those who say hurtful words and put you down that they have got into your head and are basically helping kill you! do it the right way. I am i went from a size 20 to a size 16 in a month. If I can do it you can do it as well.
