thanks for the advice, ive been trying to hard to lose weight and i can ever actually stick to it, but ive been starving myself for these couple of days, only drinking water.
i tried to make myself throw up once before but i dont think i was actually ready for it.
BUT Im NOT recommending this for anyoe else because im not responsible for their bodies, only mine, thants why im doing this.
