Try rubbing the insides of ur shoes w/ alchohol and walking around, it stretches the leather. but then dry your shoes one inside of the other, or they might shrink. you could also try banging the shanks against the corner of a wall for a few minutes gently, or use a hairdryer and blow it on the shank for 4-5 minutes, bend the shank 2 fit ur foot, and then let the shoes harden overnight.
