well, Rochelle, I'm a big girl that weights about 260lb. and there is nothing in this world that would make me allow myself to become more sick than I am already, other than working out to make my inner self feel better, I use to be much larger than I am now. But, I decided to make a change within myself and stop beating my head up against the wall and did something about it. So try it yourself and say I can do it. It can be done. Rochelle, keep in mind that you did not put the weight on in one day, so you're not going to get it off in one day.
