Annorexia is a life threatening disease, and even if you try to become annorexic it won't help much. Starving yourself slows down your metabolism, especailly for someone who is obease such as yourself. Weightloss would be very slow and painful and you'd probably die before you reached your ideal weight. The first step in conquering your weight is to find out why you are so fat and help that. Do you eat a lot of fast food? Try just cooking your own meals that are low in fat anc calories. Low-carb diets may be more indulgent, but they only work for relitively short term and cosmetic weight-loss. Do you hate to exersize? Usually the problem is that you don't drink enough water to keep your joints supple. Otherwise exersize can be too painful. Are you simply an over-eater? Most psychologists believe that this it due to some sort of emotional problem. Do you eat when you feel let down? Do you feel rejected? Did you have starvation trauma in your early childhood? These can all be reasons why your weight is getting out of control. I was semi-overweight until I went to college because my mom had starvation trauma in her childhood and passed down her over-eating to me. Even if I wassn't hungry she would make me eat until I was full. I managed to get into a healthy weight limit in highschool, but only because I would give my lunch away, still being full from breakfast and dreading dinner. If you really want your weight under control you have to take responcibility for whatever your eating problem is and why you have one. You can also try professional help, but I'm afraid these days most will give you some pills and send you on your way, never really dealing with the source of your problem.
