I'm sorry to hear about this... but no matter how desperate you are, don't force
yourself into an eating disorder, and how anyone could be as cold and cruel as
to encourage you to become anorexic is sick. Oh, and by the way, if you force
yourself to throw up after eating, it's called bulimia.
I know exactly how you feel, I actually do. I'm 13 and have an extremely high
BMI. It upsets me to think about my weight, but I'm online trying to find ways
that will help me lose weight, I'm doing my research and seeing EXACTLY what
foods I should really avoid.
Don't go on a fad diet like Atkins, but if you really feel you must, only go on
it for about two weeks, take at least a weeks break, then if you feel you must,
go on it again.
For you're height, you should be about 168lb... Set that as your target weight,
and over time try and lose weight. Lose your weight by eating a healthy diet. Do
a web search to find the RDA (reccomended daily allowance) of all the different
nutrients, and throw in 30 minutes of daily excerise.
If I sound too "professional" to be thirteen, its because I've just
learnt all of this in my home economics stuff. lol.
Anyway, good luck in your losing weight, and I hope you do well. But losing
weight through an eating disorder really isn't the way.

Kirstin
