Quieter music, yes! It's not very rock n roll, but the music is way too loud. Even when it's a song you really like it's kind of ruined when it's being rammed down your ears at such volume.

I'd toy with the idea of a dress code if I ran the place. I know there are a lot of shitty aspects to having one, but there are positive points, too, namely cutting down the amount of townies in there to cause trouble. Where I live I know of three townies that regularly visit Spiders to try and start fights with 'fucking madhead goffs', it just ain't cool.
