i've got a bad attitude at work because i'm honest.if i don't think something will work or the time scale is to short i'll tell them and they don't like this.they want everyone to agree with them and suck up to them,i'm sorry but i don't do that.when we got a new factory manager several years ago he came to see me for a chat as i was a supervisor at the time,needless to say i told him what sort of supervisor i was and not to expect someone who would be a puppet.his response was to say he did'nt want puppets but people who spoke their mind,then did'nt speak to me againand eventually i lost my supervisory position.was i bothered? no because i'd kept my self respect.
