i have to agree, considering its size (7th biggest city in the uk or something?) and supposed importance, there ain't much at all in hull. i've lived in and visited a variety of places, and there was not far off as much going on clubwise in newport, a town about half the size, and FAR more live music. i'm in huddersfield now, and it just about compares on both counts, and again is much smaller than hull.

i reckon the problem is that hull's so much out on a limb - there's no way on earth to go through hull, you have to be going there!

bleh, bollocks to it. i get the best of both worlds now - back for the occasional spiders, and many gigs in leeds. woohoo!

(saw boysetsfire tonight, good stuff!)
