My experiences with women have been for the most part rare. I spent years trying to figure out what's wrong with me. I've been pretty shy until recently, it took a lot of effort asking women out, or just generally making myself prety well understood. But considering the risk involved (sexual harrassment accusations) and the nature of some of the responses I got, and the overall attitudes that I pick up by listening to what women say in the presence of men (that I am by default septic tank scum) I don't wonder why. I'm a, well, I used to be, a sensitive guy, I considered the feelings of others and tried to make sure I treated people fairly. I was a fucking twinkle toes. It's discouraging for a twinkle toes to have people act towards him as if he's septic tank scum. A little confusing. The stuff people say about women not being interested? I didn't want to think that, but sorry, it's really tough for me to honestly make a case to myself that it's not true. Doesn't matter much. I am who I am. Not into crafting myself into Mr. Right, well basically because there's not much about me that I would ever want to change anyway, I'm rather proud of who I am, in spite of my bitterness towards women. If a woman's not interested, who the fuck cares, neither am I.

Oh yeah -and is it just me, or do 9 out of 10 responses that women have when men raise this seemingly growing issue just reflect their cluelessness? I mean, I don't expect a woman to have any clue about dealing with themselves anyway, unless she's a lesbian. Or, heaven forbid she actually thinks about what we're saying and uses it to her advantage to try to get a clue. Oops, sorry (feeling very bad) actually I had a woman do just that once, it was quite an experience. Rare, but it did happen, it made a big difference for me.
