Mesatith gave a shreik of delight; a brown had come! However, it turned strait into a shreik of defiance. Would a brownrider accept her A’ron? Not likely. Though, maybe…

The dragoness flew higher, giving a bugle louder than ever. She mentally spoke to Creth.

She would not take lifemate to one whose rider would mistreat hers.

However, she reminded herself that maybe a brownrider would not mind being a male’s weyrmate. Just maybe.

A’ron, back on the ground, was getting blurred vision. However, he was surprised inside by this newcomer. He knew he’d get a weyrmate this way, but he’d expected a blue. Not a brown.
Still, he gave a little smile as Mesatith bugled, then it turned to a frown just as her’s to defiance.
“You wish to catch me, brown? Just try it! And make sure your M’kern is ready for this.”
By now, he was truly the wonderful glowing Dragoness.

((Ok, don’t take all this personally; they play themselves. Also, I do find it unusual for a brown to come, as she would. And, Pup? What happened to your posts? You used to post really long, really good posts, like you still sometimes do in e-mail RPs, but now you’ve reduced it to barely four lines! I mean, for a flight, you have to post good quality. It was a rule. I’m not trying to critisize, just ask for your old, good posting quality back. At least for my A’ron’s flight. =P))
