Stupid brown. Was the only comment Garneth had time for, before he pulled in his wings and launched downwards. He shot, like an arrow from a bow, following the same path as her. But he had more conrol. He spread his wings at just the right height, and managed to grab her from her descent and save her from a certain death on the ground. He flew upwards, bringing her with him to a place where she could fly easily. He was reluctant to release her, but she would have struggled free, anyway. He let her go, making sure her wings were right, and waited there for her.

W'nty's arms closed around Elaini, pulling her up until she was standing. "Have I caught you yet?" He whispered, before letting her go, free to fly in the breeze. They had rescued her, and still they would chase.
