Subject: Something that "s" and Patti commented on made me think

on this first day of my 23rd year, i feel that i might need to give some kind explanation.

i live with my parents. i am close to my mother who is 55. not so close to my father, who is in the latter stages of burnout 83. i have two alcoholic sisters that dont live anywhere near me. they are also quickly approaching social security. i go to usf, the university of south florida, where i study anything i possibly can and play football there in much the same manner. i smoke, but dont like to advertise that. i mostly catch myself drunk like a sister. i started writing some unknown amount of years ago, and never really capitalized on it, even tho you all make me out to be some kind of scribing gremlin. as long as ive been writing, ive also been listening to music and reading. these are my top 5 influences (from most to least):

1. Adam Duritz (of counting crows fame)
2. Richard Brautigan
3. Any kind of news report (whether serious or tabloid)
4. Roger Waters
5. Tom Robbins

i dont know why im going into all of this...maybe to un-anonymize myself...maybe cuz im piss drunk...ehhhh
