Bruce (customer service) called me up and asked me to talk to trailrite about the warranty. Seems trailrite wasn't to interested in paying Bruce back for the tire. They referred us to Brain at Unique Engineering the manufacturer of the assembly. Though he understood the nature of the problem, he told me that it's not covered due to the fact that there are were no defective parts involved. I told him that's true but it was assembled wrong, which is their mistake and they should stand behind the damage. Additionally I said:" Man your getting off lucky", if that brake had seized on the downgrade on the 405, at 50 MPH we could be talking major liability here. It's not like were asking you to pay for my time on fixing your mistake. He still said NO WAY if you don't like it you can try a lawyer. Well not too cooperative there. I got back to Bruce at International marine, and told him the poop. His response: "G@D D@#N those people that's the
last trailer I'll buy from them with their BS run around. Come on in and we'll give you the tire and wheel out of pocket." True to his word Bruce called up today: told me he had the stuff now so I should come on down and get it. Now that's what I call customer service.

Trail-rite may of messed up on this one. Sounds like they lost a bigger client then me.

Once again International marine comes through. Like I said I like these guys.
