When you're out of the water make sure you wash the salt off the boat and flush that engine. Salt water will eventually get to your exhaust system and water cooling system. Fact of life, so just expect it. A set of manifolds will typically last 3-5 years and you will have to replace them at $500-$800 dollars depending on type and if, after market parts are available. I got 5 1/2 years off mine which I just replaced. I always flush my engine with Salt Away, this I suspect is the reason they lasted that long.
