Hiya!,

Bryan Ewing sent this to me today. It is a step in the right direction, but I thing the minimum length is too low. I
was hoping that they would match Federal laws like thet first discussed to set a high minimum length on large
species. The minimum length they propose would allow neonates (newborns) of many species to be harvested
(killed).
