This may be our best chance yet to get finning stopped here in the Pacific. We have sent the Secretary of Commerce a letter asking him to act now and pre-empt the Council's decision not to act to prohibit finning. We are also calling on Congress to support this initiatve and we need everyone's help. The action alert has a copy of the letter to Secretary Daley and the more people who send in their support the better chance we have.
