*the mare returns the call with a whinny of her own, moving a short distance over to the other's side, gingerly the bay noses the other's rounded belly, a foal growing inside, she nickers softly, The Royal Devil was soon to be a dam as well, she looks over to her own dam, who tears at the grass by the banks of the spring*

*the grey looks up with kind chocolate colored eyes, she was still a bit thin, her ribs visible, but slowly her eyes were becoming brighter and her coat less scruffy and more glossy, she nickers in return to the other mare, apparently a friend to her daughter*
