*she emits a shrill squeal & looks at "her" herd - she was proud to all extents. Nodding proudly to Atlantis, her lead, she encircles the herd a few times to make sure all were accounted for. She was Alpha yes, but...she wished to be liked by her lesser positioned family members. She looked to Dew Drop & whickered to her in respect - twas a good battle.....she looked to her side & her legs where nips of the opposer had connected. Yes, it was a good fight! She whuffled then & lowered her visage to graze. Her dappled pelt almost pure ashen - as she had been rolling recently. Her hide jumped as reflexive twitches were witnessed. Settling down then, she initiated her grazing.....but wary senses were in-tune to everything that was happening around here. Her herd was at stake to the mercy of the World*

*Beta mare nods to new Alpha and whinnies calmly. Noting her position, Beta lowers head and begins grazing. Omega is not so happy. Snorting once, she rears and emits a long shrill challenge. She had claimed Alpha in the beginning and she was going to show how dominant she was and was not going to be pushed around.
