She snorts, bored, and starts to canter around restlessly in a circle. Her long, silky copper tail streams out behind her as her glossy ebon hooves strike the ground rythmically. She arches her sleek neck and glances aorund out of luminous orbs. Her gaze rests upon Estrella, who doesn't need her dam anymore, and an aching loneliness rises up inside her from before her filly was born. She looks to Damis Kubraa and scans the herd. Banat pauses, one forehoof lifted, and strains her eyes to see her beloved dunes and the endless sands. She misses her old territory, where she could gallop forever under the scorching sun. Yet there, too, she felt out of place, perhaps even more so than here. But she will remain in Kubraa's harem, at least for now. Unnoticed, ignored by all but the stallion. An idea surfaces in her mind, faint yet appealing. The femme ponders it, toying with it, and a secretive smile appears in her dark eyes. She trots away, intent on her plan. She shall return soon...
