*The large grizzly roars furiously at the harem for disturbing her cub. The youth tottled close behind his mother, squawling. His mother shifts her weight and stands biped, the long claws on her forepaws ready to slash. If one of the equines moved forth to her, they would not come back alive. Because she sensed movement easily but did not see much detail, it would be best for the horses to remain still unless the she-beast charged them.
