Subject: For "The Wine Stewart"

- mentioned in the video ...
- motto of the "Wine Stewart" - "Experiment"!
- found a "kinda cool" quote that I thought/hope you might like?! ...
- BC :)

“I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavours to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him; or the old laws be expanded, and interpreted in his favour in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order of beings. In proportion as he simplifies his life, the laws of the universe will appear less complex, and solitude will not be solitude, nor poverty poverty, nor weakness weakness. If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
- Henry David Thoreau

re: wine "nymphs" ...
The "Wine Stewart" may have been referring to a different "variety" of "nymphs"?! :)
But - being the "curious type" - I began a search ...

*** requesting permission from the "Wine Stewart" to disclose the contents of my "discovery"?!
The "discovery" is actually "kinda cool" - "entomologically" speaking! :)

Grape phylloxera...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Phylloxera_cartoon.png

microscopic, pale yellow sap-sucking insects, related to aphids, feed on the roots and leaves of grapevines ...

On "Vitis vinifera" - the "common grapevine" ...
the resulting deformations on roots ("nodosities" and "tuberosities") and secondary fungal infections can girdle roots, gradually cutting off the flow of nutrients and water to the vine.

"nymphs" ...
also form protective galls on the undersides of grapevine leaves of some Vitis species and overwinter under the bark or on the vine roots; these leaf galls are typically only found on leaves of American vines.

some "wine nymphs" perhaps ?! :) ...

- a "mantis" or "praying mantis"

and, a "dragonfly" ...
