You're lucky BC. If you get 1 inch of snow down there, everything's closed and a state of emergency is declared. We get 3 or 4 feet and we're simply told to "bundle up", leave a little earlier and carry on.

At the mere mention of "frozen precip" ...
there is an immediate rush upon Wal-Mart ...
depleting the shelves of bread, milk ...
and "Throwback Pepsi's" ***

Although, I can drive much better on 3 inches of packed snow, than a thin layer of ice! :)
heck, on snow ...
I can travel in my "4-runner" from point A to Z ...
and, have a lot a fun a long the way!
In a 20,000 lb. "twinkie - limo" ...
with 60 or more kids "in tow"?!
that's a different story entirely!
